Cancellation Eligibility

• You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not already been processed for shipping.
• Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled, but you may be eligible for a return or refund as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

How to Cancel an Order

• To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at info@pickndecor.in as soon as possible, providing your order number and reason for cancellation.
• Our customer service team will verify the status of your order and confirm whether it can be canceled.

Refund Process

• If your order is eligible for cancellation and has not been processed for shipping, we will issue a full refund using the original payment method within 3 business days.
• Please note that once an order has been processed for shipping, you will need to follow our Return & Refund Policy to initiate a return and request a refund.

Special Considerations

• Orders for custom-made or personalized items may be subject to different cancellation policies. Please contact our customer service team for more information.
• If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, you may be able to cancel the pre-order items within the specified cancellation period. However, once pre-order items are in stock and processed for shipping, they cannot be canceled.
